ten best things about netflix's daredevil

1. Charlie Cox is fucking hot.
2. Strong female characters. Note the plural; there's actually three of them in this series, and that's just the major characters. I'm pretty sure this series has passed the Bechdel Test. And note, even though they're strong doesn't mean they're never afraid or stupid (like fall in love with dangerous men you should be running away from). Kudos to Claire for using her brains instead of her ovaries and/or heart.
3. I'm not a fan of lawyers, but idealistic, self-righteous summa-cum-laude lawyers who moonlight as badass heroes happen to fall within my favourite breeds of those with the Y chromosome. Dayum.
4. Major visibility of PoC and persons with disability. You really don't see that often on TV.
5. The cinematography and dialogue are just perfect. No complaints.
6. Nelson & Murdock's bromance. I ship it so hard. Their almost-breakup is one of the best scenes of this season, I swear.
7. Murdock's struggle with the truth, his rage issues, and playing the Good Catholic Boy.
8. It may be a little bit too much on the violent scenes, but they all served a purpose. There's none of that gratuitous sex scenes and nudity that seems to be commonplace in American series either.
9. Gray characters, especially the villains.
10. Charlie Cox is fucking hot.
